We had a great stay at this hotel in the heart of the city. The hotel facilities were exceptional with a fantastic breakfast and clean rooms. Also, the hotel was in a good location near the railway station and transportation was easily accessible. The staff was friendly and accommodating.
There was nothing we didn't like.

Had an awesome Xmas experience at a hotel near the train station. The staff was very jovial and helpful. Enjoyed the delicious food at the restaurant along with the room-service which was top-notch. The luxurious spa centre was just the right place to relax after a hectic week before the festivities kicked in. The central location was perfect to easily travel around and explore the city.
One of the biggest letdowns was the soap in the bathroom that gave off an unpleasant odor. Another negative aspect was encountered when one of my friends who belongs to an ethnic minority was treated poorly by some of the other guests, leaving them feeling unwelcome.

The coffee could have been improved. , the pool was a bit cold for our liking, which made it difficult to fully enjoy the experience.
